A Peek at Our Weekend

I haven't posted for a few days, so I thought I'd give you a look at what we've been doing.  Thursday-Saturday my Mom, sister, and I had a garage sale, hoping to make a little extra spending money for our overnight weekend in a few weeks.  We plan on making a trip to the Mall of America, then the Como Zoo, and lastly (if the kids are up for it) a stop at Chuck E Cheese or Space Aliens.  Plus, we're staying at a nice hotel with a kid friendly pool, so hoping to get some relaxing pool time in as well.  Anyway, we did okay at the sale, though Saturday was pretty dead.  Saturday afternoon we packed everything up and put it in storage for the City Wide Sale in August.  Thought I'd share some shots I got during our three day sale.

Carlie getting ready to hit the road on Thursday morning.  She doesn't look too excited, does she?

Mom and Dad have this huge puddle in their driveway that all the birds were using as a bath tub.  I love how this little guy fluffed himself up after his bath!
Miss Carlie playing with the Garage Sale toys.  She never played with that when it was at home!
Aleyah and Makena had so much fun with Auntie's shoes.  They Divafied themselves and walked around all day with them on.
Don't you just love how she's walking?  Total Diva Moment.
Greg says I put a lot of stupid looking hats on Carlie.  I disagree, I think she looks adorable in her hats :)
Another birdie taking a bath.  Love how blue this little guy is.
I think this Blue Jay is giving me the "Stop taking pictures while I'm eating" glare.
Aleyah hanging out while waiting for Grandma to set up the Slip and Slide.
Hummingbird!!!  I love Hummingbirds, they're so tiny and adorable.
She's browsing at the sale.
 Landen's rather large lunch!
I can have one too, right?
Mr. Toad.  Makena wanted him to come live with us, but sadly, I refuse.

Hopefully this week we can get back to a normal routine.  I have so much housework to catch up on, plus I want to finish a few crafting projects I've been working on for quite a while.  And next weekend, Carlie's Birthday Party!  Anyway, more to come this week, I promise.
